LOS ANGELES — Pomona-Pitzer's women's track and field team secured noteworthy results Saturday at the Pomona-Pitzer vs Occidental Dual Meet.

Kensington Binstadt and Ellie Chi placed second and third with 13:31 and 13:35, respectively, in the 100-meter dash. Kendrick Dahlin finished second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:08.25. Natalia Cossio and Elsa Brandt tied for first in the high jump with a mark of 1.50 meters. Ellie Chi and Felicia Akinde took first and second in the triple jump with 33'8" and 32'6", respectively. Ella Bowers and Ellie Chi also placed first and second in the long jump with distances of 17'0" and 16'4", respectively. Siobhan Ong took second in the pole vault with a mark of 9'6".

In the throwing events, Olivia Rosenthal recorded three noteworthy throws. Rosenthal won the hammer throw event with a 82'6." Rosenthal also placed second in the shot put at 22'5" and third in the javelin throw at 48'0."
