CLAREMONT, Calif. — Pomona-Pitzer women's swim and dive defeated Biola (176-117) and Concordia Irvine (229-24) Friday afternoon at Haldeman Pool.
The Sagehens started the meet with a win in the 200-yard medley relay, as
Izzy Yoon,
Francesca Coppo,
Taylor Park and
Sabrina Wang raced a 1:46.10.
Charlotte Dixon then won the 200 free with a 1:53.13 and Coppo won the 100 breast with a 1:05.99.
Nina Aballea finished first in the 50 free with a 24.04.
In the 100 free, Burkhardt secured the win with a time of 52.66 before Yoon won the 200 back with a 2:08.18.
Dylan Hutchinson won the 200 breast with a time of 2:28.46 and
Cassidy Schneider won the 500 free with a 5:12.61.
Taylor Park finished first in the 100 fly with a 57.55 and Aballea secured another win in the 200 IM, racing a 2:08.26. The Sagehens closed the day with a win in the 200 free relay, swimming a 1:37.37.
Lilly Gillespie finished first in the 3m diving with an NCAA D3 B Cut qualifying score of 268.95.
