CLAREMONT, Calif. — Pomona-Pitzer women's swim and dive defeated Whittier 153-60 Saturday afternoon at Haldeman Pool.
 
Swimming the long course, the Sagehens' 400-yard medley relay B team started the day with a win at 4:41.57. Abby Raclaw then won the 800 free with a 10:01.38 and Chesna Pelka won the 200 free with a 2:17.64. In the 50 free, Francesca Coppo won with a 26.89 before Bennett Jones won the 200 IM with a 2:30.46, a long course pool record. 
 
Ellie Burkhardt won the 100 free with another long course pool record time of 58.67 and Mollie Appl won the 200 back with a 2:35.22. Maren Rusk secured the win in the 400 free, racing a 4:48.19. 
 
In the diving events, Lilly Gillespie won the 1m event with a 282.30 and the 3m with a 261.38.
