John Goodwin earned a sixth-place finish in the javelin to highlight Pomona-Pitzer men's track and field's showing at the Redlands Invitational Friday.
Goodwin threw for a mark of 43.76m (143' 7") on his sixth and final attempt in the javelin to earn his sixth place finish. Teammate
Omaru Konneh finished 13th in the event with a mark of 32.76m (107' 6").
Raffi Charkoudian-Rogers earned a pair of top-25 finishes in the 100m and 200m. In the 100m, he ran a time of 11.98 to place 24th. He then clocked a time of 24.17 in the 200m to finish 19th.
In the discus,
Ryan Aubrey finished 11th with a mark of 33.63m (110' 4"). Konneh finished close behind in 12th place, posting a mark of 33.28m (109' 2") while
Dualeh Dualeh placed 21st after throwing 24.63m (80' 10"). Konneh also placed 15th in the hammer with a mark of 35.33m (115' 11").
