MONTEREY PARK, Calif. — Pomona-Pitzer men's swimming & diving maintained its second place position after the third day of competition at the 2025 SCIAC Championships. The Sagehens currently hold 499 points, behind CMS (727) and ahead of Chapman (366).
Tommy Matheis started the day strong, posting a win in the men's 3m diving with a final score of 524.00. He edged Chapman's Jake Randazzo (500.80) for the top spot.
Kyle Huang secured the Sagehens' lone swim event win of the night, winning the 400-yard IM with a finals time of 3:58.62.
Jack Christy came in third with a time of 4:00.08 while Will Walz took fourth with a 4:02.57.
Casey Jacobs took fourth in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 49.65.
Henry Cannon also finished fourth in the 200-yard freestyle, racing a 1:40.43. In the 100-yard breaststroke, Nate Levy placed fifth with a 56.18.
Diego Hodge placed fourth in the 100-yard backstroke after clocking a 49.87.
Pomona-Pitzer will conclude competition at the SCIAC Championships tomorrow, Saturday, Feb. 22.
