CLAREMONT, Calif. — Pomona-Pitzer women's swim and dive defeated Whitworth by a score of 138-85 Tuesday afternoon at home.
The Sagehens opened the meet with a win in the 400-yard medley relay, with
Alyssa Clark,
Amelia Barron, Jacqui Wong and
Ellie Burkhardt racing a 4:02.81.
Maren Rusk then won the 200-yard free with a 1:57.07 and
Francesca Coppo won the 50-yard free with a 24.16.
Dylan Hutchinson posted a win in the 200-yard IM, clocking a 2:12.46. In the 200-yard fly, Barron finished first with a 2:14.59 before Rusk posted another win in the 100-yard free with a 53.88.
Mollie Appl then won the 200-yard back with a 2:06.89.
Abby Raclaw secured a win in the 500-yard free, clocking in at 5:20.43.
Lilly Gillespie set a school-record score of 495.83 in the 1m diving and a 234.90 in the 3m, winning both events.
