CLAREMONT, Calif. — Pomona-Pitzer men's swim & dive defeated Biola by a score of 202-94 Saturday afternoon at Haldeman Pool.
Tommy Matheis got the meet started with a win in the 3m diving, posting a score of 349.20. Matheis then placed second in the 1m diving, scoring a 293.95.
The Sagehens opened the swim events with a win in the 200-yard medley relay, clocking in at 1:32.93.
Joe Dienstag then won the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 9:51.01, before
Henry Cannon won the 200-yard freestyle with a 1:44.06.
Diego Hodge finished first in the 100-yard backstroke after racing a 52.18.
In the 100-yard breaststroke,
Preston Kwon placed first with a 57.86.
Kyle Huang then won the 200-yard butterfly with a 1:51.38 before
Casey Jacobs won the 50-yard freestyle with a 20.90.
Adrian Clement finished first in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 46.58. Hodge then posted his second win of the day in the 200-yard backstroke, racing a 1:53.68.
Kwon also secured his second win of the day in the 200-yard breaststroke, racing a 2:09.42. Erick Liu posted a win in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 52.62. Huang then won the 200-yard IM with a 1:54.35 before Pomona-Pitzer finished the day with a win in the 200-yard freestyle relay, racing a 1:24.06.
