LOS ANGELES, Ca. – The Pomona-Pitzer women's track and field team competed at the 2024 Oxy Invitational in their first round of last chance qualifier meets for the 2024 NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships.
 
In the Results
Michaela Jones led the Sagehens in the 800m, crossing the line in 2:13.62 to take 14th overall while Elizabeth Newman, Megan Walter, and Olivia Reichle ran 2:19.73, 2:21.59, and 2:23.02. Mira Terdiman was the lone Sagehen in the 1500m, running a 4:42.89 to take 28th. In the 5k, Michaela Jones led the Sagehens with a 17:42.19 to take 18th with Chloe Connolly and Ameya Teli running 17:46.45 and 18:45.01. Fiona Bodkin took sixth in the 3k steeplechase with a time of 11:15.40. Ella Bowers took fourth overall in the triple jump with a final attempt mark of 11.44m.
