INDIANAPOLIS, IN. – The NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Committee selected Jed Kronenberg of the Pomona-Pitzer Men's Tennis program to compete in the singles competition of the 2018 NCAA Division III Men's Tennis Championships. For the individual championships, the committee selected seven singles players from each of the four regions based on win-loss record, strength of schedule, and eligibility.
Coming off an outstanding debut season in which he won SCIAC Newcomer of the Year, First Team All-SCIAC, and was No. 2 in the West Region, Kronenberg is ready to make a deep run in the NCAA Tournament. The freshman currently boasts a 25-7 record overall in singles and was runner-up in the recent Ojai Valley Tournament. He also took second in the ITA Division III West Region Tournament as well.
The Individual Championships will take place from May 24-26 after the team championship at the Biszantz Family Tennis Center.
