At Pomona-Pitzer: Completed his third season as a member of the Pomona-Pitzer Men’s Tennis team.

2017: Was ranked No. 4 in the West Region with teammate Antony Bello in doubles play with a 15-8 overall record. Qualified for the NCAA Championships where they fell in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament...Also went 6-4 in singles play during his senior year.

2016: All-American (Doubles)...SCIAC All-Academic team... Played at No. 1 doubles with teammate Grahaam Maassen and fell in the Quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament. Tallied a 17-12 overall doubles record and went 8-4 in singles play. 

2015: SCIAC All-Academic team...ITA Scholar-Athlete selection...A regular at No. 3 doubles while seeing part-time action in the singles lineup as well...Compiled a 24-5 record in dobles and a 10-6 mark in singles...Started out the year 12-0 in doubles, including wins over No. 2 CMS and No. 1 Amherst...Had an 8-0 win against No. 3 Middlebury...Added two more wins over CMS while the Stags were ranked No. 1 (9-8 in tiebreakers both times) before the Stags won the final matchup in the NCAA Regional finals...Earned singles wins in a 5-4 win over Trinity (Conn.) and a 6-3 win over Williams.

2014: ITA Scholar-Athlete selection...Tallied a 4-1 record in singles and a 4-3 mark in doubles...Won the doubles tournament for the SJSU Summer ITA with Sagehen teammate Jonathan Kim.

High School: Graduated from Los Altos High School.  Four-year varsity player and two-year captain...Won CCS Doubles junior and senior year (with Pomona teammate Anthony Bello)...All-League First Team and winner of Coach’s Award...Also played varsity volleyball his senior year, and as a starter, helped the team win a league title in its inaugural season...AP Scholar with Distinction award winner and member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Attends Pomona College, where he plans to major in economics…Has an older brother who attends Carleton College...Father (Ted) and Mother (Donna) attended Carleton College where both played on the tennis teams...Favorite tennis players are fellow big man Juan del Potro and Grigor Dimitrov...Hobbies include storytelling, traveling the world, intense Nerf gun battles, and eating...a lot.
